TestiPro is published by BFAt SASU ("we," "our," or "us"), a French software company registered in Les Sorinières (SIREN 944 393 388). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the TestiPro testimonial platform.

Testimonial data: Text, voice, and video submissions from your customers, including names, titles, and company information.
Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the platform.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. Testimonial media files are stored locally on our infrastructure. You retain ownership of all testimonial content submitted through your workspace.

On TestiPro's public site, some text, audio, or video shown in demos, previews, or marketing widgets may be provided solely to illustrate how features and layouts render. Unless clearly identified, such material is not necessarily tied to a specific live customer workspace.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments) and when required by law.
