2. Service Description

TestiPro provides a testimonial collection and showcase platform. Features include collection forms, moderation tools, Wall of Love pages, and embeddable widgets.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

TestiPro is billed at $790/year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the Stripe billing portal. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading testimonials
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Upload malicious content or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all testimonials collected through your workspace. By submitting testimonials, your customers grant you permission to display their content through TestiPro features.

7. Limitation of Liability

TestiPro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
